The itinerary may be altered for a number of reasons, including but not limited to, weather conditions, restriction of access to locations, the physical ability of participants, the size of the group.

On private photoshoots, the speed of photography may be slowed with a large group of participants, therefore some itinerary locations may be missed.

IMPORTANT- you should check your email on the morning of your booked tour. Notifications will not be sent by telephone. Where possible we will use our best endeavours to provide the tour or photoshoot at an alternative time/date, although we make no guarantee of this.
We endeavour to run all tours and photoshoots, but it may be necessary to cancel a tour or photoshoot for other reasons, for example, sickness of the tour guide or underbooking. If the cancellation is our fault, you will be refunded in full.
